崗位職責:
1.Receive customer orders & forecasts,Check orders against firm horizon and forecast and feedback to customers;
接收客戶訂單和預測,根據公司范圍檢查訂單,并預測和反饋給客戶;
2.Release weekly delivery plan to factory and raise PO/Supply Schedule to factory,ensure timely delivery of goods from factory, in time for shipment to customers.
向工廠發布每周交貨計劃,并向工廠提出采購訂單/供應計劃;
確保及時從工廠交貨,及時裝運給客戶。
3. In the event of order cancellation or EOL (end of life) announcement made by customers, follow up with factory and PMC&Procurement to compile the outstanding inventory (FG/WIP/Component) that the customer is liable for.
如果客戶發出訂單取消或EOL(壽命終止)通知,跟進工廠和PMC&采購部,編制客戶負責的未完成庫存(FG/WIP/部件)。
4.Cooperate with PMC&Procurement, keep supply chain move smoothly while avoiding obsolescence risk;
與PMC和采購部門合作,保持供應鏈平穩運行,同時避免過時風險;
5.Follow up the customer's invoice and credit limit;
跟進客戶的發票和授信額度;
6. Establish new customers, new products and order preparation;
新客戶的建立,新產品的建立和訂單準備。
任職條件:
1.Bachelor degree, at least 5 year experience in supply chain / Logistics;
本科學歷,5年及以上供應鏈/物流工作經驗;
2.Able to work under pressure, self-motivated, responsible, careful, hardworking and independent;
能夠承受工作壓力,有上進心,有責任感,細心,勤奮和獨立;
3.Excellent team work player, organization, planning and communication skills;
優秀的團隊合作精神、組織、計劃和溝通能力;
4.Good command of written English;
書面英文OK;
5.Good knowledge of Office application & ERP skills.
